Do I need an NDIS plan to use your services?
You'll need an active NDIS plan to access NDIS-funded support. If you're not sure how this works, give us a call — we're happy to talk you through it.
Do you provide aged care support without a Home Care Package?
Yes. We support both Home Care Package clients and people paying privately for aged care support.
What areas do you service?
We're based in Saint Marys and service clients across Sydney (including Mount Druitt, Penrith, Blacktown, St Clair and surrounding suburbs), as well as Wollongong, Newcastle and Canberra. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call and we'll let you know.
How quickly can support start?

How do I change provider to We Care You Heal?
It's simpler than most people expect — you can switch providers at any time. Just give us a call and we'll help you through the handover, including talking to your support coordinator or plan manager if needed.
Are your support workers police-checked?
Yes, every member of our team is police-checked and trained before working with clients.

How to apply for NDIS support
Applying starts with an Access Request, either online, by phone, or with help from a provider like us. You'll need to show you meet the age and residency rules and provide evidence of how your disability affects daily life. Once approved, you'll have a planning meeting to build your individual plan. Home Care Package vs. private aged care — what's the difference?
A Home Care Package is government-subsidised funding allocated after an aged care assessment, and it comes with set budget levels and reporting requirements. Private aged care means you pay directly for support, with more flexibility and no waitlist. Many families use a mix of both. We support clients either way — the right option depends on your situation and timeline.
